Have used Voss a number of times. Super responsive, extremely prompt, friendly. They did a toilet install for us at one point. More recently they responded very quickly when our furnace died during a MN winter. We have a two sided fireplace to use and one-level house so not a dire emergency but they were here first thing in the morning and made special arrangements to be back with parts first thing the next morning.
We ended up needing a new furnace and this was installed and running quickly as well.
On Wednesday I placed a call to install a blower for my fireplace. I spoke with George the service manager, he had said that it would be 3 or 4 days for the parts to be in and we would schedule a time for a technician to come and install it. On Monday I received a call from George saying that a technician had already been in my house with out me knowing that he was coming. I don't like the fact that they went in my home without my knowledge. I would not recommend this company.
Have used voss Plumbing for several years they are the most amazing people I've ever dealt with. Always there when you need them. They always are very prompt anytime I've Ever Needed them. They have the most amazing technicians.... very honest to deal with. All very friendly. And they do a wonderful job. Thank you Voss Plumbing for all your hard work.
