Our last 2 campers we bought from Ted's RV, Jerry. Very satisfied with their attention to detail, no pressure to buy, excellent selection to a variety of new and used rvs, plenty of staff ready to help and best of all...they aim to please each and every customer answering questions, doing "campground" calls and help finding the perfect camper for every family. Highly recommended. Also, the business store is full with an assortment of necessities for your camper. Great place with great people.

I've never posted a review like this until now. Initial sales was great during the purchase process back in Sept 2016 of a brand new 2017 camper. Got great trade in value, great sales price. We were every happy and impressed at that time but there were some damaged items on camper. They said items would be fixed prior to picking up the camper, none were done. We brought the camper back, mind you it's 4 hour round trip on our part, for items to be fixed. They had 8 months to order parts and had it for 3 weeks to fix, not everything is done. Of course we have been very frustrated, that is a given with all the run around we've dealt with so when called, Davis, an owner, told us that they weren't going to do anymore work, cancelled the things that they just ordered and told us to come get our camper. Now we will deal with Forest River directly and a different dealership. A simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" can go a long way. Lacking and rude in customer service. Dean was great and Josh is great to work with.
We bought a smaller expandable camper here and the service was great! My wife went first and never felt pressured to buy. In fact she was ready to get things rolling. When we came to pick it up and finalize everything, they made sure we knew the ins and outs of the camper. Their parts and accessories were very reasonably priced. Definitely will buy from Ted's again.
We have just purchased our third unit from them. The sales team, service department, and owners are nothing but the best. They provide excellent service without pressure in closing the sale. We are very happy and satisfied every time we picked up a unit. They are also behind their units even a year later we have purchased.
